Return & Warranty Policy

Return Policy for Any Reasons:

• Items can be returned for any reasons within 14 days of receipt of shipment. All returned items must be in new and unused condition with all parts & accessories included in the package.
• If the return is not caused by quality problem, we will not refund you any shipping charges applied to the return.
• Once the item is received in our warehouse, we will inspect the condition of the returned item. It takes 2 business days for the refund to be processed and 3-5 business days for the refund amount to show up in your PayPal account.

 

Warranty Policy for Quality-related Issues:

• All our products come with a full year warranty. Regarding defective or damaged products, please don't hesitate to contact us for a refund or a replacement.
• Customers must provide sufficient proof of purchase (order number from online purchase) and describe the problem as clearly as possible through text, images or short videos. This will help to solve your problem more efficiently.
